About

An engineering-led trading house.

There are hundreds of laser cleaning factories in China, and a much smaller number that can be sold through a distributor in Europe. Our work is the distance between those two facts.

In short

Simple Laser is the export arm of Simple International Trading Limited, a Shanghai trading house. It is not a manufacturer: the machines are built by a partner whose laser engineering heritage dates to 1971. What we add is the technical file, the spares list, and a written export-classification position before the order.

Who is behind the machine

Our systems are built by a manufacturing partner whose laser engineering heritage dates to 1971 — part of one of China's largest publicly listed laser technology groups, with four overseas R&D centres, ten overseas subsidiaries and a national-level laser laboratory behind the product line. Every configuration we supply is CE-tested as a family by an accredited third-party laboratory; the reports are listed on the Compliance page.

Around the machine, we provide what a distributor cannot get from a factory's export desk: a technical file that supports the badge, a spare parts list with a lead time per item, and a written position on export classification before the order.

We are based in Shanghai, registered as Simple International Trading Limited — the international trading entity of a group running cross-border commerce since 2010, with companies in the United Kingdom and Japan, and offices in South Korea, Germany and Spain. We are not a manufacturer and do not pretend to be one. If you want to see the factory, we will take you — and tell you which parts of the machine come from elsewhere.

Operating principles

Four rules we do not bend.

01

No number we have not verified

Cleaning rate, duty cycle, lead time — if it is not confirmed in writing by the plant, it does not go in a quotation.

02

Classification before price

For pulsed units, the export position is settled first. Quoting a machine that cannot be licensed wastes everyone's quarter.

03

We say when it does not fit

If the substrate needs an anchor profile a laser cannot produce, or the tolerance is too tight, we say so before the order.

04

Ten years over one order

We would rather supply a distributor for a decade at a normal margin than close one large deal and disappear.

How a first conversation goes

You describe the application — substrate, layer, access, volume. We say whether either line fits, and which. If it fits, you get a configuration and the compliance position. If it does not, you get a reason.

There is no minimum order for a first enquiry. There is a minimum standard of information — we cannot configure a machine for "rust removal" in general.

Languages Correspondence in English. Technical documents supplied in the language of the destination market as part of a private-label programme.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

The answers we give on the phone before a quotation is written.

Is Simple Laser a manufacturer?

No, and we do not present ourselves as one. We are an engineering-led trading house: the machines are built by a manufacturing partner, and our work is the distance between a Chinese laser factory and a distributor in Europe who has to support the machine legally and technically.

Who actually builds the machines?

A manufacturing partner whose laser engineering heritage dates to 1971, part of one of China's largest publicly listed laser technology groups, with four overseas R&D centres, ten overseas subsidiaries and a national-level laser laboratory behind the product line. If you want to see the factory, we will take you — and tell you which parts of the machine come from elsewhere.

What is the legal entity behind the website?

Simple International Trading Limited, registered in Shanghai — the international trading entity of a group running cross-border commerce since 2010, with companies in the United Kingdom and Japan, and offices in South Korea, Germany and Spain.

Which markets do you supply?

The United Kingdom, the European Union and North America. Export documentation is part of the delivery, not an afterthought, and the compliance position for a specific configuration is stated in writing before a price is agreed.

What do you supply besides the machine?

Three things a factory's export desk does not: a technical file that supports a private label, a spare parts list with a lead time per item, and a written position on export classification before the order. Beyond the cleaning lines we source the partner's full range — welding, cutting, automation, 3D five-axis — under one quotation.
